These Terms of Service govern your use of minianzo.pk and your purchase of products from Minianzo. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Conditions
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, pricing error, stock error, misuse, or incorrect customer information.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes, fabric, stitching, and details accurately.
Actual colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or production differences.
All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace, discontinue, or limit products without prior notice.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and delivery charges may change without prior notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund the affected order.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order is accepted after it has been reviewed and confirmed by Minianzo.
We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm Cash on Delivery orders.
Orders may be cancelled where:
- Customer information is incomplete or incorrect
- The customer cannot be contacted
- The product is unavailable
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
- There is an obvious pricing or technical error
5. Payment
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, card payment, or other options displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery information.
Any bank, payment gateway, or transaction charges may be handled according to the selected payment provider’s terms.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to supported locations across Pakistan.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, strikes, security issues, or incorrect customer information.
Customers must provide a complete address and active phone number.
Additional charges may apply if an order is returned because the customer refused delivery, was unavailable, or provided an incorrect address.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Products must generally be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Sale items, clearance products, customised items, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes:
- May have an expiry date
- May require a minimum order
- May be restricted to selected products
- May be limited to one use per customer
- Usually cannot be combined with another promotion
We may cancel or refuse discounts used fraudulently or contrary to the stated conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Minianzo name, logo, product photographs, website design, graphics, written content, and promotional material are owned by or licensed to Minianzo.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Customer Reviews and Content
By submitting a review, image, video, or testimonial, you confirm that the content is truthful and that you have permission to share it.
You grant Minianzo permission to display and use submitted content for website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, or unrelated.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social networks, and courier companies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, services, policies, outages, or actions beyond our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minianzo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from website use, delays, third-party services, or misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Indemnification
You agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of false information.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website.
Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication. Where it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in Pakistan.
