Refund policy

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for courier charges.

If Minianzo sends an incorrect or damaged item, Minianzo will cover the return and replacement delivery charges.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through bank transfer or the original available payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
